  Once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Securely place the item back in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals to ensure a safe transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of our warehouse receiving the item.
